What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that has been used for over 3000 years. It is receiving wide acceptance as a respected, valid, and effective form of health care. Acupuncture can enhance recuperative power and immunity, support physical and emotional health, and improve overall function and well-being. It is a safe, painless, and natural approach to treat a wide variety of medical problems. Acupuncture and modern medicine, when used together, have the potential to help support, strengthen, and nurture the body towards balance, health and wellness.

Because of the chronic and nagging injury, she turned to acupuncture to find healing. But it wasn’t
